Return Policy
Our ultimate goal is to provide with the best possible products free from defect. We will accept any New, Unassembled, and Unused product for a refund or store credit if returned within 30 days from the purchase date. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise that requires additional labor to process or if not returned in the original packaging in new condition.
Include a copy of the purchase receipt so we may apply the refund to the correct customer. Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. If additional information is required please email; info@fiendbmx.com

Fiend BMX, Inc. will not be responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping. If an item is found to be damaged in transit back to us a refund will not be issued, all items should be packed properly to assure no damage is incurred during shipping back to us. For defective out of the box, or incorrectly shipped products, please contact info@fiendbmx.com and return shipping instructions will be provided.
