Orders placed by 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday commonly ship the same day. Orders placed on holidays or during higher order volume periods will ship by the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Some exceptions may apply.
Your order will be shipped using either USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on the product ordered. A signature may be required for delivery of high-value orders.
Once your order has been fulfilled the tracking information will be updated and emailed to the email address on file in your contact information.
Payment & Delivery Terms
During checkout you may be offered the opportunity to enter an alternate delivery address, we reserve the right to ship orders to the Verified Billing Address of the credit card or confirmed Paypal address and not the Shipping Address listed.
We are pleased to accept orders from outside of the United States for select countries. We do ship complete bicycles to countries outside the United States. We support payment via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal payment methods for International customers. All items are listed in US dollars. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority in most cases which does include tracking. Please note that tracking may not be available once the parcel arrives in your country as final delivery will be made by a courier in your country. All applicable taxes and/or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and we are unable to quote what they may cost additionally. Questions regarding these fees should be directed to your local customs agency.
The shipping rate options will be presented to you during the checkout process, the system will compute the correct shipping rates for your order and present you with the shipping options. By placing items in your shopping cart and starting the checkout process, the shipping rates will shown without needing to complete an order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers with damaged packages must file a claim directly with us. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We may request the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us at email@example.com. All packages are insured. If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, provide a credit for the full amount, or offer a refund for the full amount of the order.
Before a claim can be filed for a lost package shipped via USPS Priority, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service 14 days from the original shipping date.
